Pork Baps

Our pork joints are slow-cooked for over eight hours in a rich apple sauce, allowing the meat to become beautifully tender and infused with flavour.

The apple sauce is then transformed into a silky, homemade gravy with a delicate hint of BBQ, perfectly complementing the sweetness of the pork. Once cooked, the meat is shredded and brought fresh to your venue, ready to be served piping hot.

Each portion is presented in a soft brioche roll with traditional stuffing and apple sauce, accompanied by a trio of fresh sides: crisp garden salad, creamy potato salad, and classic coleslaw. To complete the experience, we provide golden crackling for that irresistible crunch.

We can serve your guests from one of our fully equipped street food trucks for a vibrant, festival-style atmosphere, or from our professional marquee set-up for weddings, private parties, and corporate occasions. Whichever option you choose, we provide everything needed, including plates, cutlery, and napkins. Our team sets up before the party begins and takes care of all clearing down afterwards, making the event completely stress-free for you. With our pork baps, you’re guaranteed not only a delicious menu but also a smooth, professional catering experience.

Every catering package comes complete with a trio of freshly prepared sides — leaf salad, creamy coleslaw, and potato salad — to perfectly complement the main dishes. All food is cooked and served fresh in front of your guests, adding both theatre and flavour to the experience.

Our succulent pork baps are £10 per head – all functions come with a £150 staffing fee added to the final per head price.
